New Freehold Project in Lancing

A new project just launched in Lancing, divided into freehold plots laid out on three levels. From the lowest level the view opens onto the valley and the sunset, from the middle level Lancing Beach is seen from the side, while the highest plots enjoy the view over both bays, Lancing Beach and Selong Belanak. Prices follow the position: Rp 60M per are on the lower level, Rp 70M on the middle one and Rp 85M on the upper level. Plots start at 5 are and can be combined up to a total area of 2 hectares. The price also covers the construction and asphalting of the access road by the developer. The electrical infrastructure will already be in place, with the cabinet installed, so all that is left to the buyer is the hookup. A well for the water supply is also planned, which owners will be able to connect to through a dedicated service. An asphalted road, electricity and access to water are three elements that weigh significantly on the cost and on how usable a plot really is in South Lombok. In this project they will be in place before handover.
